What car types are available in India?
There are various options available to book from hiring a deluxe to luxury car in India. Generally here is the car types which changes as per the number of guests:
For 1-2 persons - It will be an air-conditioned medium car such as Maruti Dzire or similar
For 3-4 persons - It will be an air-conditioned large car such as Toyota Innova or similar
For 5-10 persons - t will be an Air-conditioned mini-van such as Tempo Traveler or similar
For 11 – 19 persons - It will be a Mini Coach
For 20 – 34 Persons - It will be a Large Coach or a Volvo bus

What are the famous travel circuits and what is the way to cover the places by car?
At most of the time there will be one car and driver for a round trip, for an example; if you are travelling from Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Delhi, so a Delhi based driver will do the services. And if you are flying to Varanasi from Delhi, when you reach Varanasi there will be a local car & driver from the city for the services. In most of the case wherever the journey will break the car & driver will change for the next destinations, like you are catching a train or flight to reach the next destination.

What is included usually in the rental price?
All petrol expenses, toll charges, other state & central government taxes are included in the price. And the driver’s expenses and accommodation is also been take care of, so that you just experience the India and leave the rest to us.

Is my car insured?
Yes we have insurance of all of vehicles and our fleet undergoes maintenance check periodically.

Any complimentary services which is included?
We always include water bottles in the car. And for longer drives we include some refreshments as well.

Will my driver speak English?
So frequently we are asked if our driver will speak English or not. In Northern part of India most of the drivers will speak Basic English. And in Southern parts of India you may find some drivers who speak only understanding English. We have some drivers in our fleet who also speak foreign languages!

Where do I stop for refreshments during the long drive?
All our drivers have been showing India for many years, so they know the best & clean places to stop for refreshments while on the road driving from one place to another.

Would my driver suggest me places to eat?
Most of our drivers are the best guide for this, according to your budget they will give you advise about the dining options in the city. Or else you can always contact us to book the best place for your dinner.

How do I pay for the car rental services?
You can make a partial payment (which is usually 50%) via wire transfer from your country for the services you have booked. And the rest you can pay in cash on arrival.

How much should I Tip my driver by the end of the tour?
Tipping is not necessary but is always expected in India. For an airport transfers you need not pay a tip necessarily. But in case you have booked a round trip then before leaving your driver you can tip your driver between 300-500 rupees per day basis. Again it depends solely on what kind of services he had rendered.
